Meera Mukherjee: Breaking Moulds takes children on their own artistic journey alongside renowned artist and sculptor Meera Mukherjee, encouraging them to create art and reflect upon it, the same way Meera did.

Meera Mukherjee studied painting and sculpting under accomplished European artists but found herself drawn to traditional Indian artisans and their sculpting techniques. She found her own method of casting bronze, and her sculptures spoke of the people around her. Even today, her art remains a vibrant reflection of humanity and the common people.

The Art Exploration series familiarizes children with distinguished artists, their inspirations and events that influenced their styles as well as modern and contemporary art.
