Summary, etc Andaz Apna Apna was released in 1994. It was directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and is a comedy film. Aamir Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Salman Khan have acted in the movie. The film did reasonably well at the box office but received positive responses from critics and was also nominated for four categories in the Filmfare Awards.<br/><br/>The film has two male protagonists, Amar (played by Aamir Khan) and Prem (played by Salman Khan). Both these boys are looking for the easiest, simplest way to get rich - by marrying a rich woman. They find the perfect target in the rich millionaire heiress, Raveena Bajaj (played by Raveena Tandon), daughter of the very wealthy Ram Gopal Bajaj.<br/><br/>Both the boys are looking to get Raveena's attention, on a bus. This is when the two bump into each other and realise that they have the same motives. They try a series of hilarious antics to get Raveena's attention but nothing really works. They finally decide to take the drama directly to the source of action, to Raveena's house.<br/><br/>Here, Amar acts like he has lost his memory because of Raveena hitting him and Prem pretends to be a doctor, looking after Amar. They also meet Karishma, Raveena's vivacious secretary, played by Karishma Kapoor. Here, a series of twists and turns follow. Raveena, the heiress, is actually acting like Kareena, the secretary. This is because she wants to find someone who will fall for her and not for her money.<br/><br/>Aside of all this, there is also Shyam Gopal Bajaj, Ram's evil twin. He plans to kidnap Ram and then steal all of his riches. Shyam's ally Teja is hand-in-glove with criminal mastermind Gogo and is looking for a quick ticket to wealth himself. Teja has installed two of his trusty aides, Bhalla and Robert within the premises to make sure that Ram's kidnapping proceeds on oiled wheels. Ram, meanwhile, has recognised the ulterior motives of Amar and Prem and refuses to hand his daughter over to either of them.<br/><br/>With a number of very funny situations and a hilarious climax andaz Apna Apna is a great entertainer. Although both the stars found success with bigger hits, this movie remains a much-loved film for fans.
